Terms and Conditions

Phase Detail - Mobile Auto Detailing

By scheduling a service or making a payment, you (“the customer,” “you”) agree to the following:


1. Service Agreement

By booking with us, you agree to receive mobile detailing services at the address and time specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., hazardous materials, poor weather conditions, or inaccessible areas).


2. Access and Vehicle Condition

You must provide access to your vehicle and ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are removed. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

If your vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., biohazards, pet hair, mold, or stains), additional charges may apply.


3. Weather Policy

As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify you as early as possible and arrange a new time that works for you.


4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We currently accept [cash, venmo, paypal].

Prices listed are base estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future service.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. We do not offer refunds, but we will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues.


7. Damage and Liability

We use safe, industry-standard products and methods. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects in your vehicle.
     
  • Damage caused by improper installation of parts (e.g., aftermarket accessories, loose trim).
     
  • Water damage caused by leaks in vehicle seals.
     

Customers acknowledge that some stains, odors, or surface imperfections may not be completely removable.


8. Photos and Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for quality control and promotional purposes. No personal or license plate information will be shown. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in advance.


9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases of unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
